Nikita is a power electronics engineering practitioner and academic with a decade of integrated experiences in engineering innovation, research and entrepreneurship. She is currently the Lead in Innovation and Learning in Electronics at the Dyson Institute of Engineering and Technology.
Nikita holds a doctorate in electrical engineering from University of Cambridge and a Schlumberger Postdoctoral Fellowship from University of Oxford.
Listed in the Top 50 Women in Engineering in UK by WES in 2017, Nikita is a TEDx speaker passionate about public engagement with engineering, champions women in STEM and mentors many aspiring youngsters. The co-founder of two EdTech start-ups and scientific advisor for governments, start-ups and universities, she is working to engage, educate and inspire youngsters to engineer a better world.
