Dr Inès Tunga CEng, QEPrize Ambassador

Inès is a renewable energy engineer with expertise spanning offshore wind, wave, tidal and solar technologies. She is the Renewable Energy Practice Manager at Energy Systems Catapult, where she leads and collaborates on major Net Zero transition programmes across local, national and international contexts. Her work has supported projects with DESNZ, UKRI, Interreg and Horizon Europe, focusing on renewable integration, future energy systems, flexibility and large‑scale variable renewable deployment.
