Digital Communications Assistant

We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, creative and driven Digital Communications Assistant to join our team! The Digital Communications Assistant will support the communications and events activities of the QEPrize team providing content for and maintaining QEPrize digital and social media platforms. In support of our charitable mission, you will help amplify our brand presence and inspire deeper engagement across our platforms.

As a Digital Communications Assistant you will:

- Work with the Digital Communications and Marketing Manager to produce regular, relevant content for all QEPrize digital platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Bluesky, TikTok, and the QEPrize website.
- Lead on engaging with our digital community: responding to comments, tags and other requests in a timely manner across our channels.
- Monitor and track social media and website analytics and regularly report evaluation metrics.
- Support and contribute to the ongoing maintenance and management of the QEPrize website to ensure it is up-to-date and regularly refreshed with new and engaging content.
- Support the creation and scheduling of email campaigns, maintain mailing lists, and help track and report on campaign performance.
- Create toolkits and materials for internal and external colleagues ahead of announcements and campaigns.
- Analyse trends in social media activity across all QEPrize platforms and make suggestions for improvement.
- Maintain awareness of, and develop appropriate expertise in, emerging social media channels and digital content formats.
- In conjunction with Digital Communications and Marketing Manager, maintain a consistent brand appearance in all printed communications, event collateral and across web and social media platforms (producing additional in-house brand-compliant materials as required).

Location

Our light, spacious offices are based in a fantastic location in central London with views over St James’s Park and close to the West End. We operate hybrid, flexible working practices with a baseline 2 days a week in the office.
