About Sai Pathmanathan

Sai Pathmanathan used to be a neuroscientist but moved into science communication and education because she loved developing creative science activities. She covers all STEM (science, technology, engineering and maths) subjects and all ages from nursery to postgrad. Sai is particularly keen on informal learning: afterschool science clubs, family and community engagement workshops around the topics of health and the environment. She has recently had her first book, 'Utterly Jarvellous', published by Bloomsbury Education, promoting the elimination of single-use plastic from hands-on science activities.
