QEPrize Visit to Stanford HAI
In October, the QEPrize team visited the Stanford Institute for Human-Centered Artificial Intelligence (HAI) to explore how advances in AI and robotics are helping to address some of the world's most pressing challenges.
The visit provided a valuable opportunity to see pioneering research in action and hear from leading voices in the field, including QEPrize Laureate and HAI Founding Director Fei-Fei Li and QEPrize Trustee and former Stanford President John Hennessy. Discussions explored the future of AI, the role of engineering in driving technological progress, and the importance of ensuring innovation remains centred on societal benefit.
