The idea for my design came from an idea I had about making a special sacred garden of sorts, with a monument in the center. I decided to use circles and semicircles as the core of my design, since to me, they are the most natural of shapes and would be most apt for something sacred.

The base was made to symbolize a rocky cliff or mountain that would add to the exclusivity on the monument. The double figure eight with the halo surrounding it was, out of all the designs that I made, was the most majestic and ethereal, making this my favorite design.
